Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in delivering secure, compliant sovereign cloud solutions.
• Oversee technical roadmaps, sprint planning, and end-to-end software delivery lifecycles.
• Drive architectural excellence, code quality, and operational stability across cloud releases.
• Collaborate with product managers and enterprise architects to define delivery scope.
• Manage team staffing, resource allocation, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with strict regulatory, data residency, and sovereign cloud security requirements.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical risks, blockers, and dependencies across tracks.
• Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD automation, and modern DevOps standards.
• Track project health, delivery velocity, and key operational metrics for executive leadership.
• Partner with client stakeholders to ensure smooth platform transitions and deployment success.
