Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-quarter product vision and roadmap for Rupeek's consumer lending platforms.
• Drive user experience enhancements across web and mobile touchpoints to ensure frictionless loan processing.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to launch high-impact platform features.
• Translate business objectives, user research, and market trends into detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Analyze key platform engagement, conversion, and retention metrics using analytical tools.
• Partner with risk, compliance, and credit teams to ensure all digital lending workflows meet regulatory mandates.
• Conduct structured user interviews and usability tests to identify friction points in customer journeys.
• Prioritize the product backlog continuously balancing technical debt, platform stability, and feature requests.
• Define success criteria and measure launch impact against core North Star and business KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end rollout of payment, onboarding, and loan servicing platform modules.
• Communicate product updates, risks, and performance highlights clearly to senior stakeholders.
