Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive consumer growth product strategy across customer acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Design, launch, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to maximize top-of-funnel conversion rates.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize channel-specific landing pages and acquisition flows.
• Identify customer drop-off points within loan origination journeys and implement corrective UX interventions.
• Build referral, loyalty, and organic loop programs to drive sustainable low-cost customer acquisition.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to create personalized onboarding and re-engagement experiences.
• Establish deep instrumentation across user touchpoints to track real-time funnel health and cohort performance.
• Formulate data-backed hypotheses and iterate rapidly based on statistical experiment readouts.
• Work with product design to craft high-converting creative assets, copy, and onboarding interfaces.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation rate, and repeat usage.
• Benchmark competitive fintech products and market innovations to uncover new growth opportunities.
