Key Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and scale strategic partnerships with public, private, and global banks across India.
• Manage senior banking relationships to drive integrations and adoption of Razorpay payment solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and operating agreements with banking partners.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch new banking products and payment rails.
• Monitor partner performance, transaction success rates, and service levels to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead discussions on co-branded initiatives, neo-banking offerings, and enterprise integrations.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and alignment with RBI guidelines and partner bank mandates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external banking leadership.
• Drive joint business reviews, revenue targets, and growth roadmaps with key partner banks.
• Identify and evaluate emerging opportunities in the payments and corporate banking landscape.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting and resolution of escalations between bank and internal teams.
