We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive client acquisition for our recruitment and staffing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, networking, references, and market research.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability discussions.
• Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with legal/internal teams to finalize contracts.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
