As a Talent Acquisition Lead for the Renewable Energy Business, your key role will involve supporting and managing the TA/TM function to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Hands-on experience in Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition & Management.
• Executing hiring based on the approved manpower plan.
• Ensuring proper fitment of candidates as per internal grade and salary benchmarks.
• Driving diversity targets through hiring.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process for all requirements at all levels.
• Overseeing recruitment channels and improving recruitment effectiveness.
• Handling Campus Hiring for Engineering/B Schools.
• Managing Campus Relations and Employer Branding.
• Generating MIS/TA Reports for Management.
