Key Responsibilities:

• B2B & Project Sales: Approach and pitch Qutes range of uPVC/PVC profiles, doors, and building materials to architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and main contractors handling residential and commercial building projects.
• Government Construction Projects: Actively track, follow up, and secure orders for government construction pipelines where Qute holds department approvals (PWD, CPWD, Housing Boards, etc.).
• Dealer & Distributor Management: Build, expand, and manage our network of retail dealers, fabricators, and hardware distributors across the designated Chennai territory to ensure target product movement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• On-Field Primary Lead Generation: Conduct extensive field visits to active construction sites, commercial zones, and industrial layouts to capture early-stage building requirements.
• Negotiation & Closing: Deliver product presentations, submit technical quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate closely with the plant production team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of solid field sales or outdoor marketing experience strictly within the Building Materials, Cement, Paint, Steel, uPVC Windows, Doors, or Allied Construction industries.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience working directly with multi-tier dealer/distributor channels and managing project-based sales pipelines.
