Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, software, and networks.

• Provide prompt support to internal users and customers via phone, email, or chat, guiding them through clear troubleshooting steps.

• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software, monitor network performance, and resolve connectivity issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation, update knowledge base articles, and assist in deploying new systems or software.

• Train users when needed and stay updated with the latest technologies.

• Requires strong technical skills across hardware, OS (Windows/macOS/Linux), networking basics, and common applications.

• Must have excellent communication, customer service orientation, problemsolving ability, and the capability to work both independently and in a team.
