• Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js - Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services - Work on microservices architecture and event-driven systems - Implement and manage background jobs using Sidekiq - Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and code reviews - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment - Contribute to system design and architecture discussions Must-Have Skills : - Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and backend development - Hands-on experience with React.js and Redux - Strong understanding of System Design & Microservices Architecture - Experience with PostgreSQL & Database Design - Expertise in RESTful APIs and Backend Testing - Experience with Kafka, Redis, Sidekiq - Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments - Knowledge of OpenSearch / Elasticsearch - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Experience with Material UI Good to Have Skills : - Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Experience in performance optimization and scalability - Familiarity with Vite - Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
