PrimaThink Technologies is hiring a Java Developer to build and maintain high-performance software applications and collaborate on system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java conforming to coding standards.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to align on system architecture and integration points.
• Create comprehensive technical designs conforming to project requirements and architecture.
• Implement server-side Java programming, JMS messaging, and database connectivity.
• Develop and optimize database queries and procedures for Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Design and maintain multi-threaded applications to ensure high scalability and performance.
• Assist in task allocation, milestone tracking, and development activity management.
• Identify technical risks and bottlenecks on the project and escalate them promptly.
• Establish, maintain, and execute standardized build and deployment procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and application performance tuning across environments.
• Estimate development effort and timelines accurately based on architectural specifications.
