Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience as a Product Owner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Create detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
• Analyze and document current processes and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor project progress and report on project status.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new features.
