Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing and monitoring nationwide retail sales operations for both Feature Phones and Smartphones.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily achievement of Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, and WOD (Width of Distribution).
• Ensure daily target tracking and performance monitoring across regions.
• Coordinate with ASM & TSM teams for effective sales execution.
• Manage retailer billing and new distributor onboarding.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and MIS.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance.
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities.
• Identify market trends and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
