Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed job descriptions for various roles.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and close positions efficiently.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboardingwith a focus on quality and timelines.

What Were Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Hands-on knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is an advantage.
