Role & Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Deliver prompt solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Strive to resolve issues in the first interaction whenever possible
• Adhere to company policies, call quality standards, and processes
• Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate degree
• Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience
• Language Skills: Good spoken communication in both English and Hindi
• Comfortable working in a day-shift environment
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
