Associate - Supply Operations · Bengaluru

PeopleX Ventures is seeking a proactive Associate - Supply Operations to support daily logistics and supply chain workflows, partner coordination, and operational excellence in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and field teams to streamline procurement and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels across distribution points to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Track dispatch, transit, and delivery schedules to maintain high service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and databases using spreadsheets and internal tools.
• Identify operational bottlenecks in supply workflows and propose actionable solutions for process improvement.
• Generate regular MIS reports on procurement metrics, logistics performance, and fulfillment status.
• Perform reconciliation of delivered goods against purchase orders and coordinate with accounts for billing.
• Resolve routine vendor escalations and delivery discrepancies efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, warehouse, and customer support to align supply goals.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards across supply channels.
• Support leadership in periodic capacity planning and performance reviews.
