Key Requirements: 4-10 years of experience in Production Planning / Supply Planning Strong understanding of production and purchase planning principles Experience with SAP APO, Kinaxis, IIB, or OMP; SAP ECC/R3 preferred Knowledge of planning master data, KPIs, reporting, and root-cause analysis Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams Candidates focused solely on Demand Planning are not preferred Candidates can be based anywhere in India but must be willing to relocate to Bangalore Education: Bachelors/Masters in Supply Chain, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Plan and execute Hiring Associate Business Analyst Production Planning | Pharma MNC-Bangalore workstreams with close attention to safety, quality, and production feasibility.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and execution constraints before work begins.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Identify process risks early and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor adherence to standards, procedures, and engineering requirements during execution.

• Ability to review specifications, drawings, technical constraints, and execution plans carefully.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills in hands-on delivery environments.
• Comfort documenting process improvements, technical observations, and execution risks.
