Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive Gold Loan business growth, customer acquisition, distribution expansion, and portfolio development across the assigned region.

The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding Gold Loan distribution channels, building and managing sales teams, increasing AUM, driving renewals and ensuring compliance and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential branches and locations for Gold Loan business through market research, competition mapping and business volume analysis.

• Drive Gold Loan sales and customer acquisition through branches and alternate/non-branch channels.

• Achieve monthly Gold Loan productivity targets of 40 Lakhs+ in new business.

• Drive customer re-generation / repeat business and achieve approximately 80% regeneration among eligible customers.

• Recruit, build and manage a dedicated Gold Loan sales team, including Gold Loan Officers and Territory Managers.

• Grow Gold Loan AUM while achieving business, revenue, profitability, cost and portfolio-quality targets.

• Develop and manage relationships with Business Loan teams, DSTs, valuers and valuation agencies.
