Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from designated lead lists.
• Deliver clear and engaging information about the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
• Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow up regularly with warm leads to facilitate conversions.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and qualified leads.
• Identify common customer concerns and report actionable feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of call quality, etiquette, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to streamline customer onboarding.
