Optimo Capital is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to collaborate on building and scaling innovative financial technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leaders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams during sprint planning and execution.
• Track product metrics, user engagement, and feature adoption post-launch.
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to identify customer pain points.
• Assist in managing product backlogs and prioritizing feature rollouts.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for seamless product launches.
• Perform root-cause analysis on product issues and propose effective solutions.
