Niyukti Management Consultants is hiring an Agency Development Manager on behalf of a leading MNC Life Insurance company in Jammu.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Business Associates and commission-based insurance agents.
• Train, mentor, and guide agents to drive new life insurance policy sales.
• Set monthly and quarterly business targets for the assigned agency channel.
• Monitor daily agent activities, prospecting pipelines, and sales conversions.
• Conduct regular joint field calls and client meetings to assist agents in closing deals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company underwriting norms.
• Drive renewal collections and maximize policy persistency rates across the agency.
• Track branch revenue metrics and prepare sales performance reports.
• Motivate agents through incentive programs, contests, and recognition drives.
• Build enduring business relationships to expand distribution reach across the territory.
