NextHire Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Developer on behalf of Quation Solutions to deliver scalable, high-performance web applications using Python, Django, and modern frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously deliver high-quality, maintainable code for strategic web-based solutions adhering to software engineering best practices.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Implement UI designs faithfully according to design system guidelines and reusable component libraries.
• Utilize CSS preprocessors and modern layout modules like Flexbox and Grid for responsive cross-device experiences.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable back-end services and business logic using Python and Django.
• Design, build, and optimize secure RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Model, query, and optimize relational database schemas using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support audit, compliance, and code review processes.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee system stability and test coverage.
• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an agile delivery lifecycle.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical defects and performance bottlenecks across the full software stack.
