Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and regulatory compliance requirements into detailed product specifications, one-pagers, and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure specifications are clear, actionable, and aligned with technical implementation standards.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the compliance and audit pod to drive the product roadmap and maintain execution pace.
• Engage and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Audit teams.
• Participate actively in critical regulatory compliance audits and ensure timely delivery of necessary product and data artifacts.
• Unblock engineering teams independently by addressing ambiguities and aligning technical solutions with business needs.
• Track, measure, and optimize key product and compliance metrics to ensure continuous operational excellence.
• Maintain high standards of data precision, integrity, and documentation across all product features and releases.
• Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in an agile development framework.
• Identify process bottlenecks in compliance workflows and propose automated, scalable product improvements.
