DevOps Engineer is a delivery-focused opportunity based in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of applications across development, staging, and production environments - Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP including compute, storage, networking, load balancing, and auto-scaling configurations - Implement and manage containerization and orchestration platforms using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and reliable application deployment - Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for automated and repeatable infrastructure provisioning - Monitor system health, performance, availability, and security across cloud and on-premise infrastructure using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch - Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and security compliance across the infrastructure - Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline development workflows, reduce deployment friction, and improve release velocity - Manage version control workflows, branching strategies, and release management processes using Git-based platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents, deployment failures, and performance issues in a timely manner and implement preventive measures - Drive continuous improvement of DevOps practices, tooling, and automation frameworks to enhance engineering productivity and system reliability

• Design, build, and improve software systems that support the goals of the DevOps Engineer function.
• Translate product or business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Write high-quality code with appropriate testing, code review, and documentation discipline.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver reliable releases.
• Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production risks with a strong root-cause mindset.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering decisions.
• Contribute to architecture and implementation discussions with pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Break down complex work into clear milestones and communicate status transparently.
• Refactor and simplify existing code where it improves long-term velocity and quality.
• Support release readiness by validating edge cases, dependencies, and rollback considerations.
• Share knowledge through pairing, mentoring, documentation, and constructive code reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong coding fundamentals with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience working with code reviews, testing practices, and collaborative delivery workflows.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions.
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams in iterative product or platform environments.
• Strong debugging, communication, and ownership skills across the software lifecycle.
