Key Responsibilities: - Support the product manager in defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog based on user research, business goals, technical feasibility, and stakeholder inputs - Gather, document, and translate business and user requirements into clear and detailed product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure product features are delivered on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards - Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to develop a deep understanding of user pain points, needs, and market opportunities - Assist in defining and tracking key product metrics, OKRs, and success criteria to measure feature performance and business impact post-launch - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives as an active member of the agile product development team - Coordinate UAT activities, gather user feedback, and communicate product updates, release notes, and feature changes to internal and external stakeholders - Support A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis initiatives to validate product hypotheses and drive data-informed product decisions - Maintain product documentation including PRDs, feature specifications, release plans, and roadmap updates accurately and on time - Identify and escalate product risks, dependencies, and blockers to the senior product manager with supporting context and recommended solutions

• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.
• Support audits, governance checks, or compliance requirements where process accuracy matters.
• Create structure in ambiguous situations and keep execution moving without excessive supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working across data, process, and execution details to improve throughput.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
