• Assist clients in configuring dashboards, alerts, and APM tools to monitor critical systems.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during the entire customer onboarding and post-implementation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and ensure optimal integration with client infrastructure.
• Deliver hands-on technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for client engineering teams.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during professional services engagements.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, implementation runbooks, and best practice guides.
• Partner with customer success and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
