Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to implement and optimize New Relic observability solutions.
• Design tailored technical architectures aligned with customer business objectives and infrastructure needs.
• Provide expert guidance on application performance monitoring, log management, and cloud infrastructure telemetry.
• Deliver technical workshops, product demonstrations, and onboarding sessions for client engineering teams.
• Identify and diagnose complex application and infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
• Partner with customer success and sales teams to drive adoption, renewals, and technical expansion.
• Develop automation scripts, custom integrations, and dashboards to support customer use cases.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on observability best practices, site reliability, and DevOps workflows.
• Document technical requirements, solution designs, and deployment configurations for ongoing support.
• Collaborate with product engineering to communicate field feedback and advocate for customer feature requests.
• Manage technical escalations proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction during deployments.
