NestAway Technologies is a managed home rental platform simplifying property discovery, booking, and tenancy management across major Indian cities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential rental property owners and prospective tenants through online and offline channels.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to qualify inbound leads and evaluate rental requirements.
• Maintain and update lead tracking data, pipeline status, and contact records accurately within the CRM.
• Perform secondary market research to map residential clusters, competitor pricing, and rental demand trends.
• Execute cold outreach and follow-up communications via phone calls, emails, and messaging channels.
• Schedule property viewings and onboarding meetings between verified leads and field sales teams.
• Handle preliminary queries from property owners regarding rental yields, management terms, and platform services.
• Assist in executing seasonal marketing and tenant acquisition campaigns across target micromarkets.
• Filter and verify incoming property inquiries to ensure high lead quality for senior sales specialists.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach, qualification, and meeting setup volume targets consistently.
• Collaborate with the customer support and property onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
