Nathaniel School of Music is hiring a Student Support & Operations Executive to streamline day-to-day academy operations and provide exceptional support to students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for student queries regarding courses, schedules, and policies
• Manage student onboarding, enrollment documentation, and class attendance tracking
• Coordinate class timetables, rehearsal room allocations, and faculty schedules
• Resolve student and parent concerns promptly via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Assist in organizing music workshops, student recitals, and academy events
• Maintain accurate student databases, fee records, and operational logs
• Support administrative tasks including inventory checks for musical equipment and supplies
• Follow up with prospective students on course inquiries and admissions procedures
• Liaise between students and music instructors to ensure seamless communication
• Collect feedback from students to identify opportunities for service and operational improvement
