- What You'll Do - Own a slice of the payments roadmap end to end, from problem to shipped feature
- Own day-to-day Associate Product Manager, Payment Integrations & Infrastructure (Bengaluru) workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
- Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
- Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
- Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
- Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
- Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
- Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
