Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering, design, and construction activities of retail fuel outlets.
• Supervise terminal dispatch and receipt operations for petroleum products in adherence to strict safety standards.
• Coordinate site execution, civil works, electrical layouts, and mechanical installations for retail facilities.
• Inspect ongoing construction projects to verify compliance with statutory norms and corporate guidelines.
• Manage maintenance of storage tanks, pipeline networks, pumping systems, and metering units at the terminal.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and third-party inspection agencies to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor inventory control, stock reconciliation, and product loss management across terminal handling operations.
• Ensure stringent adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across construction and operational sites.
• Conduct regular quality checks and calibration on petroleum dispensing units and terminal automation systems.
• Prepare site measurement sheets, technical documentation, progress reports, and clearance certificates.
• Liaise with local statutory and regulatory bodies to obtain required operational clearances and licenses.
