Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical advisor guiding enterprise customers on adopting Microsoft AI and cloud solutions.
• Architect, design, and demonstrate end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and intelligent agents.
• Engage senior business and technical stakeholders to translate complex enterprise needs into scalable technical designs.
• Lead technical proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations and architectural design sessions (ADS).
• Provide architectural guidance on identity, security, compliance, and governance within cloud AI deployments.
• Address customer technical blockers, objections, and risk factors during the pre-sales and adoption phases.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to share enterprise customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Build and share reusable architectural patterns, technical assets, and solution accelerators.
• Mentor junior solution architects and technical specialists across the engineering organization.
• Stay abreast of advancements across generative AI models, enterprise agent frameworks, and cloud capabilities.
