• Job Description Product Strategy (Conversion, Growth &Personalisation): Own the product vision and roadmap for end-to-end customer acquisition - Website, App, Lead Forms, Consultation Funnel, and Estimation Funnel.Use deep funnel diagnostics, attribution modelling, and behavioural insights to identify growth levers.Reimagine discovery experiences to simplify interior decision-making for homeowners.Build personalisation layers for budget, style, stage of intent, and home context (room, BHK, city, lifecycle stage).Drive experimentation (A/B, multivariate, pricing experiments, lead-flow experiments) with scientific rigor.AI-First Process Innovation: Build AI-powered experiences such as:Smart Lead Routing Agents (based on probability-to-convert models).Personalised home interior estimate generators.AI-driven questionnaires that adapt to user behaviour.Intelligent nudges, reminders, and communication agents.Integrate GenAI to simplify design discovery, space visualization, and early inspiration journeys.FunnelAnalytics & Performance Acceleration: Create automated dashboards, experiment scorecards, and cohort analyses.Partner with Growth & Performance Marketing to optimize CAC and improve payback.Translate data signals into experiments that materially move conversion a
• Own core deliverables associated with the Product Manager || 5 days WFO role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
