MedVoice Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced RCM Operations Manager to lead end-to-end medical billing and revenue cycle management operations in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations covering front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end processes.
• Lead medical billing workflows including patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, and charge entry.
• Coordinate with medical coding teams to ensure accurate claim generation and submission.
• Oversee payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, and revenue recovery.
• Drive team productivity, quality standards, and strict adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop operational strategies to reduce aged receivables, minimize claim denials, and maximize collections.
• Analyze operational dashboards, billing reports, revenue trends, and financial performance metrics.
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
• Oversee client onboarding, conduct regular business reviews, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team leads and operational staff while conducting performance appraisals.
• Implement process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and CAPA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Training, IT, and HR departments to ensure seamless operations.
