Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training programs across core automotive engineering and manufacturing functions.
• Assist senior engineers in design validation, component testing, and production line optimizations.
• Support quality assurance teams in identifying defects, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Monitor assembly line operations and document key production performance and yield metrics.
• Work on cross-functional engineering projects to enhance vehicle performance, fuel economy, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding component supply, specification compliance, and testing schedules.
• Participate in shop-floor Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, testing logs, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety protocols and environmental compliance guidelines across operations.
