Position Finance Analyst Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, monitor business performance, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.Monitor revenue, expenses, and key financial performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.Analyze profitability, costs, pricing, and business trends.Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.Assist with audits, compliance, and financial controls.Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role.Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, formulas) and PowerPoint.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is an added advantage.Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred but not mandatory.Key Skills Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)Budgeting and forecastingFinancial modelingVariance and profitability analysisFinancial reporting and MISAdvanced Excel and data analysisBusi
• Own day-to-day Finance Analyst workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.
