• What will you be doing - Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Domestic Hotels, aligning initiatives with growth, revenue, and customer experience goals
• Own day-to-day Associate Product Manager (Hotels) (Bangalore Urban) workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
