Job Title: Senior Project & Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager who can handle end-to-end project execution, operations coordination, vendor management, team handling, and cross-functional activities. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Manage operational activities related to projects and field execution.
• Supervise project documentation, reports, approvals, and compliance.
• Handle resource planning and team coordination.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Admin, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain quality standards and process efficiency.
• Prepare MIS reports and project status updates for management.
• Lead meetings, reviews, and project discussions.
• Ensure proper communication between teams.
