Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to own and drive all digital marketing efforts planning and executing campaigns, building brand visibility, and generating qualified leads for the business. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads (Google/Meta), LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified inbound leads Own the social media calendar and content strategy to build brand visibility Manage marketing budgets and ad spend across channels Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign assets Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy Brand & Content Drive consistent brand positioning and messaging across digital platforms Oversee content creation (website, social, blogs, email) aligned with brand voice Plan and support events and brand activation campaigns Performance & Reporting Track and report on key marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS) Use analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality Present marketing performance and insights to leadership Collaboration Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads convert effectively Coordinate with the Design Studio for creative assets and brand consistency Identify partnership and co-marketing opportunities Required Skills 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a design agency, branding firm, IT services, or creative/professional services environment Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms Strong un
