- Project team responsible for delivering HR solutions for CIB across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
- Development and maintenance of IT systems which are internally developed, vendor supplied on premise or SaaS products.
- Cover all HR processes including HR Onboarding and maintaining employee data.
- Responsible for Employee Journey - Onboarding, Leaves, Allowance, documentation, letter distribution, Exit, capturing audit trails.
- Ensure connectivity within various internal and external HR platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Document Functional specifications, BRD, FSD, processes, acceptance criteria and use cases diagrams.
- Connect with HR business stakeholders to understand business problems and strategies.
- Conduct gap analysis, provide impact assessments, and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements using the BNPP Agile framework and Jira tools.
