HR Manager for Manufacturing U · Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Handle labour relations, including contract labour management ,Hiring labour and resolving workplace disputes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.)
• Maintain discipline and implement company policies across the manufacturing unit
• Coordinate with department heads to address manpower planning and productivity concerns
• Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management systems
• Conduct grievance handling and employee engagement activities
• Manage audits and maintain HR documentation as per legal standards
• Ensure smooth functioning of shift operations and workforce allocation

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience in labour handling and industrial relations
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle large workforce and work under pressure
• Proficiency in HR software/tools (e.g., payroll systems, HRMS, Bitrix, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in factory setup or expansion projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to implement HR best practices in a production environment
