Key Responsibilities

• Manage academic quality and curriculum implementation across assigned partner schools in the region.
• Train and mentor teachers on modern pedagogical techniques and LEAD learning tools.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators.
• Collaborate with school leaders and principals to monitor student learning outcomes.
• Identify academic gaps and execute intervention plans to elevate school performance.
• Ensure timely distribution and adoption of academic learning materials and software.
• Organize workshops, refresher courses, and orientation sessions for school faculty.
• Track and report key academic metrics and implementation scores to regional leadership.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention among partner school management teams.
• Gather ground-level insights and feedback to inform future curriculum iterations.
• Support cross-functional sales and account management teams during renewal cycles.
• Ensure compliance with state education guidelines and LEAD curriculum frameworks.
