Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Provide technical support and diagnostics for power conversion systems and battery management units.
• Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for energy storage installations.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure system uptime and high reliability.
• Interface with SCADA and monitoring systems to track energy storage operational performance.
• Prepare root cause analysis (RCA) and detailed field service inspection reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols during site activities.
• Collaborate with engineering design teams to escalate repetitive defects and recommend design changes.
• Manage spare parts inventory and service equipment required for site interventions.
• Provide operational training and technical guidance to customer operators on-site.
