Lam Research is seeking a Financial Analyst 2 in Bengaluru to lead financial reporting, accounting close, and statutory compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end financial close activities and ensure timely preparation of financial reports under IND AS, IGAAP, and US GAAP.
• Drive the finalization of annual and periodic statutory accounts and schedules.
• Manage end-to-end audit requirements including Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and IFC controls.
• Handle intra-group contracting, mark-up, billing, reconciliations, and intercompany reviews.
• Ensure robust banking, process, and financial internal controls are strictly maintained.
• Perform financial variance analysis and cash management reporting during close cycles.
• Oversee Record-to-Report (R2R) workflows, GL close procedures, and tax compliance tasks.
• Ensure ongoing adherence to the Companies Act, taxation laws, and accounting guidelines.
• Utilize SAP and related enterprise finance tools to record, extract, and reconcile financial data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global finance teams to support audit closures and financial projects.
