Lakshhmii Narayan Construction is looking for a Civil Engineer to manage quantity estimation, structural detailing, and site execution for residential and commercial projects in Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate civil quantity estimations and structural detailing from architectural drawings.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material requirement schedules.
• Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), work logs, and site documentation.
• Supervise on-site labor and coordinate with contractors for timely execution of construction activities.
• Carry out material reconciliation to monitor consumption against budgeted estimates.
• Utilize AutoCAD to interpret, check, and modify structural and architectural layout plans.
• Conduct site measurement checks and support the preparation of contractor billing records.
• Ensure adherence to basic project planning milestones and safety compliance standards on site.
• Inspect incoming construction materials and ensure alignment with quality specifications.
• Collaborate with senior project engineers to resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
