Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting operations for both U.S. and India-based roles.
• Build and manage sourcing strategies for the Indian market.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Foster a performance-driven, inclusive culture across geographies.
• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Manage talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance management and appraisals.
