KGM Gupta And Co. Chartered Accountants is hiring an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records for diverse client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and day-to-day journal entries in accounting software.
• Prepare periodic bank reconciliation statements and resolve any ledger discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Verify vendor invoices, process expense vouchers, and prepare payment schedules accurately.
• Generate monthly trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheet schedules.
• Assist senior partners during internal, statutory, and tax audit engagements.
• Compute tax liabilities, advance tax payments, and ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, vouchers, invoices, and physical/digital audit trails.
• Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with clients to collect required financial data, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Support payroll calculations, reimbursement claims, and employee tax deduction schedules.
