Kalyani Motors is seeking a proactive Field Sales Associate to generate retail automotive leads and drive vehicle sales across designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground sales activities, promotional canopies, and corporate roadshows to generate walk-ins and inquiries.
• Engage prospective vehicle buyers to understand their transportation needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide comprehensive product walkthroughs detailing vehicle specifications, variants, and accessories.
• Schedule and supervise customer test drives while demonstrating key vehicle features and performance.
• Explain financing options, insurance packages, and exchange schemes to prospective buyers.
• Follow up diligently with prospective clients through phone calls and in-person visits.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in valuations, and booking terms to secure confirmed vehicle bookings.
• Collect required booking documentation and coordinate with the showroom team for smooth delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of field visits, interactions, and bookings in reporting tools.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly vehicle sales targets.
