Juspay is looking for a Financial Analyst Intern in Bhopal to work closely with the core fintech and payments team on live financial data and business tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support variance analysis, MIS reporting, and continuous business performance tracking.
• Work with internal financial systems and tools to evaluate transaction-level datasets.
• Prepare accurate financial schedules, account reconciliations, and routine management reports.
• Conduct research on companies, customers, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Analyze key revenue, cost, and payment operational metrics under mentor guidance.
• Synthesize analytical findings into clear presentations and summary decks for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal financial controls.
• Participate actively in daily team stand-ups, project reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting discrepancies and resolve queries.
• Utilize Excel and SQL tools to automate routine data pulls and reporting templates.
