Job Purpose: To lead and manage the sales operations of a specific region by driving business growth, managing a field sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective territory coverage.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned region.
• Manage and develop a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration.
• Conduct field visits to monitor team performance and support customer engagement.
• Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility through regular training and development.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stockists, and distributors.
• Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to ensure accurate tracking and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and HR.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
