Key Responsibilities

• Support growth marketing campaigns and acquisition initiatives for the Nek team.
• Assist in the design and execution of growth experiments across acquisition channels.
• Track daily performance metrics for organic and paid acquisition efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance to understand conversion drivers and channel efficiency.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new growth and acquisition levers.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing campaign assets.
• Help monitor onboarding funnels and user activation touchpoints for optimization.
• Document experiment results and share learnings with cross-functional team members.
• Assist in running user engagement surveys to capture feedback from target demographics.
• Support operational tasks related to testing and rolling out community-driven growth programs.
